Payment of the booking fee is acceptations of term and conditions. Not reading it or not signing information about reading the regulations does not release the consequences of the regulations.
Terms and Conditions
1. Payment for the photo session
Payment for the photo session is made in two stages.
1.1 Booking fee
- 5000 kr for standard photo sessions
- 3000 kr for mini sessions
The booking fee must be paid within 7 days of making the reservation. If the payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
1.2 Final payment
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the photo session or within a maximum of 5 working days.
The photographer will begin editing the photos only after the full payment has been received.
2. Booking fee
The booking fee is non-refundable if the client fails to attend the photo session.
In most cases it is possible to reschedule the session date in agreement with the photographer.
Payment of the booking fee constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the price list valid on the date of payment.
3. Contract
The contract for the photo service is signed on the day of the photo session.
4. Photo storage
The photographer stores photos for a minimum period of 1 year from the date of the photo session.
5. Photography style
Clients are encouraged to review the photographer’s portfolio, photographic style, editing method and quality of work before booking a session.
6. Photo printing
The photographer is not responsible for the quality of prints or other materials produced by third-party printing services.
7. Responsibility for damages
Parents or participants are responsible for any damage caused to the photographer’s equipment or property during the photo session.
8. Copyright
The photographer retains full copyright to all images created during the photo session.
9. Unedited photos
The photographer does not provide RAW or unedited photos.
Additional images may be purchased after professional editing.
An exception may apply to certain mini sessions where unedited JPG files may be included according to the specific offer.
10. Photo credit
When publishing photos online, the client agrees to credit the photographer, for example:

- www.basiag.com
- facebook.com/basiag.photo
11. Editing of photos
Photos may not be altered, edited, or filtered without the photographer’s permission.
12. Delivery time
The photographer reserves the right to extend the delivery time in situations beyond the photographer’s control, such as:
- illness
- equipment failure
- planned holidays
13. License for photo use
The client receives a non-exclusive license for personal (non-commercial) use of the photos.
The photos may not be used for commercial purposes or by third parties without written permission from the photographer.
Gift Card – Terms and Conditions
14. Definitions
- Seller – Basia G Photographer
- Buyer – the person purchasing the gift card
- Recipient – the person receiving and using the gift card
- Gift Card – credit for photography services
15. Purchasing a gift card
Gift cards may be purchased:
- by email
- via Facebook or Instagram
- in person with the photographer
16. Gift card value
The value of the gift card corresponds to the value of the selected photo session specified on the gift card.
17. Gift card usage
The gift card:
- cannot be resold
- cannot be exchanged for cash
- is non-refundable
If the gift card is not used within its validity period, its value will be converted into credit for services offered by the photographer.
18. Booking a session
To ensure availability, it is recommended to book the session as early as possible.
The session date is agreed between the recipient and the photographer and depends on the photographer’s availability.
19. Additional services
The recipient may choose additional services, additional photos, or extend the session for an additional fee agreed with the photographer.
20. Acceptance of the terms
By purchasing a gift card, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
